Omega-3 Topping

Find a small jar with a lid, and put 1 tbsp each of:

  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • finely chopped walnuts
  • ground flax seeds
  • hazelnut or almond meal (optional)

Add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, put the lid on and shake to mix.

Use ~1 tbsp as a topping or mixed through yoghurt, porridge, fruit salad, nice cream, mousse etc.
